ASKED QUESTIONS

  • WHAT ARE YOUR DAYS OF OPERATION?
    Please be advised, days of operation are business days only (Monday to Friday) Jahnae Shayna does not operate on weekends, and/or holidays.
  • WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT POLICY?
    I require 100% full payment to begin the design process. I accept payments via paypal, debit card, and credit card via website checkout.
  • WHAT IS YOUR DESIGN PROCESS?
    After full payment, you will receive a PDF file questionnaire in which you will be required to fill out and email back to Jahnae Shayna to begin the creation process. Turnaround time begins once payment and the design questionnaire is received. You will receive a draft within the turnaround time for set revisions and finalization. All final projects are sent to the client in the form of email from me (“Jahnae Shayna”). All artwork will be sent in JPG, PNG, and/or PDF format. Other video projects (intros, outros, video edits) are sent in MP4 or MOV file.
  • WHAT IS YOUR TURNAROUND TIME?
    All artwork takes 2-7 business days (including:, logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.) All video edits take 2-10 business days (including:, intros, outros, other video edits ect.) All websites take 5-15 business days Please be advised, days of operation are business days only (Monday to Friday) Jahnae Shayna does not operate on weekends, and/or holidays. *NOTE* SPECIALS OR SALES MAY HAVE EXTENDED TURNAROUND TIME.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REVISION POLICY?
    All artwork (including:, logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.) costs come with 3 free revisions during the creation period. If 3 revisions is exceeded, a fee of $15 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. Any and all changes that are not from the original order form will cause a delay. All video edits (including:, intros, outros, video edits ect.) costs come with 1 free revisions during the creation period. If 1 revision is exceeded, a fee of $15 will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. Any and all changes that are not from the original order form will cause a delay. The client is responsible for spelling, dates, info and wording used in the creation of any and all designs, unless otherwise agreed upon.
  • WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?
    Jahnae Shayna does not provide refunds for any design services under no circumstance, especially after work (including proofs) have been started, issued and/or labor has begun., or unless agreed upon between Jahnae Shayna and the client. If any dispute is filed while order is in progress, the order will be cancelled therefore, the client will not receive any drafts, or final projects. Once final files have been sent and delivered, no refund or payment shall be reimbursed.
  • IF I AM NOT SATISFIED, OR WANT TO CANCEL A PROJECT, WHAT HAPPENS?
    Jahnae Shayna will always work to ensure you are satisifed. As long as the design process is completed as required, there should be no issues.
