Image-Based Logo Suite

A DIY logo cannot capture your brands full story. Investing in your visual identity is one of the best things you can do for the long-term success of your business.
 
 
ABOUT THIS SERVICE:
This logo is made with text, and or images/vectors.
You will receive a primary logo, secondary logo, submark logo and brand identity board that includes your fonts, colors + color codes. 
 
Final logo is sent in JPEG, PNG TRANSPARENT AND PDF FORMAT.
Black, white and colored versions of your logo are provided when neccesary.
 
ORDER PROCESS:
After purchase, you will receive an email containing a questionnaire in which you will be required to fill out with all of your information and preferences for the order. 
 
Please do not purchase a service you are not ready for - you must be ready with all requirements including any imagery (if applicable), all ideas and all information.
 
 
TURNAROUND TIMES:
Turnaround times are subject to change with specials, sales, and high volume of orders.
Revision time is not included in the turnaround time.
 
All artwork takes 7 business days (including: logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.)
All video edits take 10-15 business days (including: intros, outros, pop-ups, and other video edits etc.)
All websites take up to 4 weeks. 
 
 
REVISIONS:
Revisions are intended to be used for small design changes and do not include a full redesign, new concept or anything that requires further research. Any and all changes that are not included in the original order form are subject to revision fees. 
 
All artwork (including: logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.) come with 3 free revisions. If 3 revisions is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. 
 
All video edits and bundles (including: intros, outros, video edits etc.) come with 1 free revision included in the cost. If 1 revision is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. 
 
 
REFUNDS: 
Once payment has been made to Jahnae Shayna, the payment is NON-REFUNDABLE unless agreement has been made between client and designer. If any dispute is filed while order is in progress, your order will be cancelled. Please read instructions carefully if you are unsure about purchasing.
