Please make sure to watch the sample video in full and review what can be customized. Anything that is not listed for customization will not be adjusted under any circumstance. If you require additional changes and requests, please purchase a custom order. 
 
 
ORDER PROCESS:
After purchase, you will receive an email containing a questionnaire in which you will be required to fill out with all of your information and preferences for the order. The template will then be customized to your preference and delivered to you for approval within 2-7 business days. This service is not a purchase of the template used to create the design. The sample is customized specifically for you. 
 
No additional software needed. Compatible with most editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, iMovie, CapCut). 
 

  • All pre-made designs come with one free revision included in the cost. This includes changes only for what has been listed as customizable. Please watch the entire sample video and take note of what can be customized. Any items not listed for customization will remain unchanged. If you need additional modifications or requests, please place a custom order.

     

    Revisions involve minor adjustments, such as moving elements, changing fonts (as long as they haven't been customized or fully animated), and making slight color changes. Revisions are intended for small design modifications and do not include complete redesigns, new concepts, or anything that requires additional research. Any request for a major redesign will not be completed and will require a new order to be placed. Any and all changes that are not included in the original order form are subject to revision fees. 

     

    All artwork (including: logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.) come with 3 free revisions. If 3 revisions is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. 

     

    All video edits and bundles (including: intros, outros, video edits etc.) come with 1 free revision included in the cost. If 1 revision is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made. 

  • Once payment has been made to Jahnae Shayna, it is NON-REFUNDABLE unless an agreement has been reached between the client and the designer. If any dispute arises while the order is in progress, your order will be cancelled. Please read instructions carefully if you are unsure about purchasing.
