Customizable pre-made outro add-on service. Eligible with a current or previous purchase of a pre-made intro and banner bundle.
ABOUT THIS SERVICE:
Includes (1) pre-made outro to match your pre-made intro and banner bundle.
READ BEFORE PURCHASING–This service is only eligible with a current or previous purchase of a pre-made intro and banner bundle. Customizations included in your outro design and are based on the listed customizations for your pre-made intro design.
ORDER PROCESS:
After your purchase, you will receive an email with a design questionnaire that you must complete with your information and order preferences. The pre-made template will then be customized to your preferences and delivered to you for approval within 2-7 business days. This service is not a purchase of the template used to create the design. No additional software needed. Compatible with most editing software (Final Cut Pro, Premiere Pro, iMovie, CapCut).
Please do not purchase a service unless you are fully prepared, including having all required materials such as any imagery, ideas, and information.
REVISION POLICY
REFUND POLICY
All pre-made designs come with one free revision included in the cost. This includes changes only for what has been listed as customizable. Please watch the entire sample video and take note of what can be customized. Any items not listed for customization will remain unchanged. If you need additional modifications or requests, please place a custom order.
Revisions involve minor adjustments, such as moving elements, changing fonts (as long as they haven't been customized or fully animated), and making slight color changes. Revisions are intended for small design modifications and do not include complete redesigns, new concepts, or anything that requires additional research. Any request for a major redesign will not be completed and will require a new order to be placed. Any and all changes that are not included in the original order form are subject to revision fees.
All artwork (including: logos, business cards, thank you cards, flyers etc.) come with 3 free revisions. If 3 revisions is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made.
All video edits and bundles (including: intros, outros, video edits etc.) come with 1 free revision included in the cost. If 1 revision is exceeded, a fee of $15+ will be charged PER revision and MUST be paid before revisions are made.
